Hi Ryan,
this is Derek, Kyle Rothman’s roommate. I’m working on a project on police misconduct for my freshman seminar, and I was thinking of hosting a concert/information session to talk about how to combat police misconduct. Kyle gave me the idea of putting on a punk show, and I first thought of you. He also mentioned your involvement in local activism, so I thought it would be a good fit. If you would be willing to play a set and talk about your views on police brutality, I would appreciate it very much. I will do all that I can to market the event to IC students.
